Service Description

A 60 minute guided yoga practice to connect breath, mind and body. We'll begin each session with a guided centering and breath practice. Then we will add some gentle movements to warm up the body. Connecting the breath to our physical movements, we'll explore poses that create flexibility and strengthen the body. We'll end the practice with a meditation and relaxation pose.
